We are experiencing an unprecedented crisis, indeed the pandemic spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the situation affects us all, including travelers who are probably concerned about the safety of travel by private plane today but also tomorrow.
I would be happy to share with you the precautions we have taken to ensure the safety of our passengers as follows:
Aircraft cleaning and disinfection measures:
Since the beginning of this health crisis, we have extended the standard for cleaning aircraft to include disinfection procedures after each domestic and international flight operation. This service will be performed efficiently and automatically by those who are certified by the Ministry of Public Health. We apply strict hygiene procedures.
Before each departure, all our planes undergo a complete cleaning, including in particular: suction of carpets and all seats, cleaning of all contact surfaces (e.g. tablets, armrests, screens, buttons and toilets) using certified disinfectants. In order to ensure the greatest safety, we have taken additional hygiene measures: our cabins are disinfected after each flight with the spraying of an approved and certified disinfectant.
In addition, we have established specific protocols: on board each aircraft, crew members have cleaning wipes, vinyl gloves, disinfectant sprays, protective masks, glove and wipe cleaning kits for their protection and those of our passengers.
Availability of charter service:
We only operate private aircraft. These private planes use 100% fresh air thanks to their fresh air system: indoor air is renewed every three minutes, creating a much better and healthier environment. Operators are selected and guarantee us safety and hygiene. To fly during this period of COVID-19, we encourage you to contact our team of experts in advance to check availability and restrictions (for each airport, destination and for some nationalities) during this event to avoid any inconvenience to your travel plan.
Situational awareness:
The Coronavirus epidemic (COVID-19) continues to develop and will not be contained immediately with impacts felt worldwide and affecting daily life. We are closely monitoring the epidemic situation as well as local news and restrictions for all the countries we operate in. If additional measures are required or advised by public health authorities, we will rigorously apply them in order to carry on our operations safely and offer you always better flights, in optimal sanitary conditions, following the procedures to the letter.
